Across her career within the Professional Services industry, Michelle has built deep expertise and skill working at Accenture as both a client-facing consultant delivering large-scale IT transformation projects at companies like Lloyds Banking Group, Shell, Credit Suisse and Barclays, and as a corporate functions leader delivering global strategic organisational change programs and core operational functions across Corporate Services & Sustainability, Geographic Services, HR, Payroll, Global Mobility and Data, Analytics and Insights teams. Michelle is well-recognised as being a strong values-based leader and people developer, passionately dedicated to building and motivating large, global, well-engaged, high performing diverse teams with strong cultures.

She is a proven trusted advisor and strategic thinking partner, known for developing strong relationships and effectively influencing C-suite and executive level stakeholder thinking and decisioning with meaningful data, analytics, and insights. After recognising and honing her deep passion for coaching people and teams throughout her career, in 2023 Michelle decided to retrain and rebrand her future as a coach, dedicating herself to studying the patterns and behaviours that make the difference for the most successful people and leaders in the world and using her skills to support her clients to achieve their personal, career and business goals.
