An experienced leadership development coach, Lorraine is particularly skilled at understanding the business from both a people and commercial perspective to noticeably improve performance. Her extensive retail experience has earned her projects with Louis Vuitton, John Lewis and Hamilton & Inches.A qualified NLP practitioner, she is also licensed to deliver a wide range of psychometric tool and has supported recruitment and business transformation at British Airways, Marks & Spencer, Accenture and Barclays Africa.
As the former HR director for Kellogg’s, where she oversaw recruitment, learning and development, total reward and the introduction of the HR business partnering model, Kate understands first-hand what it takes to drive business results through people. She is responsible for designing and delivering exceptional leadership development programmes and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD). Clients include Accenture, BAA, Barclays, O2, Levi Strauss and University of Manchester.
As an accredited executive career coach and organisational development consultant, Roger has extensive experience of helping senior management teams and individuals to reach their full potential and improve business performance. Having worked at a senior level in marketing, sales and learning & development at Diageo, Roger’s background includes all aspects of brand marketing, sales, retail, manufacturing and distribution. His recent clients have included ABB, Accenture, Bank of Maldives, Bermuda Commercial Bank, BAE Systems.
Kathy is a Leadership Development Consultant and Coach and has extensive experience working at senior level of management in a wide range of organisations, focussing on supporting people and teams in achieving outstanding performance. Kathy applies her knowledge of leadership development in a variety of ways – be it designing and delivering practical workshops, facilitating teams or one to one coaching to develop leadership skills.
Clients she has worked for include Barclays, Orange, Wrigley, SPAR, Mothercare, Local and Regional Government, Abbott Laboratories and Pfizer. Her extensive experience spans the areas of Organisational Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, Change Management, Leadership Development and Recruitment and Selection.
Paul is an experienced Leadership Development Consultant and has extensive experience working at senior level of management in a wide range of organisations, focussing on building and delivering effective and engaging programmes to support organisational growth and development. Paul’s experience enables him to develop effective and pragmatic interventions which not only deliver strong individual challenge and development, but which are routed in the reality of the business operation and context.

Paul gained an Honours degree in Law from the University of Northumbria. Paul led the design work of the programmes that won the Hallmark of Innovation Award and was runner up for external Trainer of the year.
Gemma Bitaraf – Client Manager
Gemma has worked with Hunter Roberts for 11 years as Business & Client Manager. She is the organisation’s IT guru and business continuity expert. She has an extensive working knowledge of the Hunter Roberts business and acts as our office based contact for clients and our own consultancy team.
Gemma is responsible for being the main point of contact for handling day to day questions and queries from clients. She then owns that client request, finds the best advice from one of our consultants or another practical solution and ensures we deliver that solution back to the client.
She has excellent communication and organisational skills and provides our consultancy team with project co-ordination support, as well as playing an important interface role with clients. Her enthusiasm and energy help her build long term relationships with clients that are based on high quality delivery standards.
She is responsible for managing our back office processes and procedures, including data management and project reports and equally understands those of our clients. Gemma is also a great problem solver who applies a practical mind with a common sense based approach to find workable solutions.
Gemma is experienced at working with clients on a face to face or remote basis and is comfortable liaising at all client levels of seniority, across a wide range of countries. Confidentiality, discretion and diplomacy are second nature to Gemma.
Gemma frequently supports our consultants by carrying out research and diagnostic work and is able to present findings and recommendations effectively. She is excellent at producing reports, briefing documents and presentations but equally effective at client meetings.
